Pricing & Payment

The prices on the website are quoted in two major currencies - US Dollar and Euro. Before checking out, you can switch currency at any time by clicking the buttons on the up-left corner of page. The prices you see are the prices you pay. Best Medical Direct doesn't charge any more fees except the shipping fees. 

You can pay us via many payment methods. The most popular methods our cusotmers use are PayPal, Moneybookers, Credit Cards, Western Union and Wire Transfer. PayPal, Moneybookers and Credit Cards are faster and safer ways to send and receive payments online without sharing your financial information. Western Union and Wire Transfer are traditional and also safe ways to pay.

The only one thing that PayPal, Moneybookers and Credit Cards users should pay attention to is to make sure that the billing address of your payment account is the same as the billing address that you register on

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide with absolutely no blackout regions. Best Medical Direct generally processes and ships out your order within 24-48 hours after your payment has been verified. We normally use post service or express couriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS, etc. to ship small quantity orders. We also provide free shipping for certain items. Every shipment has a tracking number no matter whether it is free shipping or not.

We provide the option of “Check out with Multiple Addresses”. By simply clicking on the button of "Check out with Multiple Addresses"  on the page of "My Cart" when you’re ready to check out, you’re able to ship the ordered items to different addresses.

You can choose your preferred shipping method during the checkout process. It usually takes express couriers 3-7 days to deliver parcels and takes postal carriers 7-15 days. Delivery by express couriers is usually reliable and stable. We suggest that you check out standard delivery timetable for postal carriers here. Change or Cancel Orders

If you haven’t paid for your order, your order status will stay “Pending Payment”. Best Medical Direct won’t process your order until we receive the full payment. So you don’t need to cancel any placed order which you haven’t paid for because our system will automatically cancel the orders which are not paid for in 7 days.

No matter whether you’ve paid for your orders, you can’t make any changes to your orders once the orders are placed. Please contact us if you want to make any changes. For more information please refer to our Knowledgebase "How to Change or Cancel My Order".

Repair & Returns

We have a very generous repair and returns policy to help all of our clients (clinics, regional wholesale importers, retail channel partners, business customers and knowledgeable end-users) deal with issues in a way that helps solve problems quickly and to the satisfaction of everyone. In particular, all items sold on have a full 12 month manufacturer's warranty.  This comprehensive warranty is designed to bring client-satisfaction to you and your customers.

We accept returns within 7 days upon the signed receipt of ordered items according to the tracking record of couriers. Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. In most cases we are able to help you figure out the problem by giving technical support, without you having to send anything back.  Since repair and returns policy is always sensitive, it is strongly suggested that you learn more about our Repair and Returns Policy in our Knowledgebase. We only accept products in original and intact condition with approved “RMA Form” (as below).
